When is my card charged?
If you called us to order service parts, you will not be charged until your order is shipped. If you have a question about a charge, contact us.

How do I view my tracking information?
You will receive a tracking number via email, and then you'll be able to track your order through the carrier's website. Typically, we ship via UPS or FedEx.
