Return Policy
Returns and exchanges on items purchased from schwinnbikes.com are accepted within (30) thirty days from the original date of purchase.
Items must be returned in like-new, unused condition and include all original components and accessories.
Return shipping is not covered or reimbursed except if we shipped the wrong item or your item arrived damaged.
Returns and exchanges are exclusively applicable to items purchased directly from Schwinn's official website. Items labeled as "closeout" are final sale and exempt from our return policy.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost packages during return shipping, denied shipments returned to sender, or packages returned without a proper Return Authorization number.
Apparel and hats are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
Return Process
If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the Contact Us form, and under “How can we help?,” select “Return an online order.”
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization number and a postage-paid shipping label so you can pack up and return your item to us.
To ensure a smooth return process, make sure your return is complete and well-packaged. Incomplete returns or those damaged due to insufficient packaging may result in a delay or a partial refund. Check out our tips and instructions for properly packing your bike for return.
